• • We visit your facility multiple times each week to assist staff, spending quality time in each program and overseeing all programming and ensuring the standards and policies are upheld.
  • LMCC Recruits, Trains, and Oversees all staff, including formal evaluations.
  • We develop and maintain a strong relationship with the School Principal, Staff at BNA service schools, as well as mall staff, and all mall administration.
  • LMCC Develops and manages the facility budgets.
  • We assist Lead Teachers and Staff in determining ongoing needs/interests of the children.
  • Updates, Inputs, and Submits all monthly funding documents - CCOF, CCP, Wage Enhancement, and Subsidy
  • Our Staff Completes all available funding grants application.
  • We Maintain and Approves all time-sheets and submits hours to bookkeeper for processing.
  • Creates monthly newsletters, calendars, and notices with support and input from staff in facility.
  • Including Review and approves all administration items (extra payments, petty cash, creative children orders etc)
  • Assists Lead Teachers with program planning, administration and monthly duties.
  • Plans and facilitates monthly staff meetings, including necessary training.

  • Updates and revises Handbooks and forms for all programs.

  • Prepares EFT forms for inputting.Updates Facebook, Instagram, and all social media avenues on a regular basis.
  • Helps prepare for Open House including necessary paperwork for facility.
  • Purchases monthly janitorial supplies and material.
  • Orders/purchases materials for Programs, and for the facility when needed. *Paid for by the owner*
  • Submits and distributes Creative Children orders.
  • Arranges Field Trips and any necessary transportation for all programs.
  • Books fundraising opportunities for your facility.
  • Collects money for fundraising events.
  • Arranges for practicum students to be placed at the facility.
  • Photocopies program materials twice a month for your facility.
  • Arranges event bookings: Class Photos, Family Portraits, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day BBQ, Christmas, and Graduation.
  • Arranges for scheduled maintenance of facility (carpet cleaning, floor re-waxing, etc.) *Owners expense*
  • Completes monthly maintenance reports and approves a plan for corrective action.
